Empowering safe, supported, and adventure nights for young people in the Illawarra.

Who is Choice Community Health?

At Choice Community Health, we walk alongside individuals of all abilities to build lives filled with purpose, connection, and hope. We empower participants through person-led care—centred on dignity, choice, and meaningful relationships—because we believe in supporting the whole person. From psychosocial recovery to community-based adventures, we help people live fully.

What is After Dark Adventures?

Once a month on a Saturday night from 5:30pm–8:30pm, Choice Community Health hosts ADA.
(After Dark Adventures)—a safe, exciting, and empowering group for 10–15-year-olds with NDIS funding. The ratio of support workers to participants is 1:1.

This group is designed to help young people:

✅ Have fun

✅ Build friendships

✅ Grow resilience

✅ Spark courage

✅ Strengthen social confidence

ADA offers team games, hiking, fire safety skills, and personal development chats by the fire—all wrapped in snacks, laughter, and genuine support. Like the other community-building groups we host, like Monday Mojo and MTBz (Meet the Boyz)—ADA is designed to help young people grow in connection, community, and capacity.

At ADA, we don’t just run activities—we create meaningful moments that shape identity, belonging, and courage.
